Just came back from hengchun camp happy hour. had a few drink and am feeling very tired now. we did some BBQ behind the mess. it didn't really go well because the weather was cold and windy. anyway, MSG Lee taught me how to cook hokkien mee today. tata. tomorrow will be a better day :)
Hokkien mee
-heat up the oil and fry the egg.
-bring up the egg and fry the garlic.
-throw back the egg and put the noodle and bee hoon in.
-add the prawn stock(water, prawn, pork and sotong)
-try the taste. add salt if it is not salty enough.
-cover the wok and wait for it to be boil.
-ready to be serve.
